Only freshmen and some sophomores stuck in a high school mentality care about ranks

This is so true especially because as you get older you meet so many new people in Pan and tiers do not matter anyone is down to be friends

^dont believe that, everybody cares about ranks in the sense where it affects who you're paired with and who visits your chapter and homecoming etcetc, if you go out you might be snubbed by a top tier frat/strat girl if you're like in a low strat/frat. Usually there is a big dropoff in looks after upper mid tier

Ok but have you ever specifically not been friends with someone solely for the way they look? Like if they’re a “10” versus if they’re a “7”? No. Unless you’re not mentally developed past the age of 12 no one cares about what you look like. Everyone is friends with everyone

Also the only people who think tiers matter are the younger top tier girls who feel the need to reinforce the fact that they’re top because it’s the only thing they have going for them since high school lol. Once you’ve been in pan for a couple years you’ll realize it’s not worth the effort and no one actually cares. If you’re cool you’re cool

Agree. No one cares. In 4 years when you are working you will mostly be surrounded by people that were not in sororities or fraternities and could care less about your greek status. And usually the people you think you are better than will be your boss one day. Find your tribe and be a happy and decent human. Or grow the “f” up
