i keep seeing that they dont have a house but on google it shows that they do? so do they???

No, they don’t have a house. If you look under the address, it says Sigma Chi Fraternity.

dz and gamma phi are the two newest sororities at UCF so they dont have houses yet.

Yes, AEPhi’s house Theta Chi’s old house.

Aephi used to be theta chi’s house, Thetas used to be Sig Ep I think, and chi o and kappa built over where Pike used to be. Long story short, UCF Greek housing sucks ass and is limited in space
