Probably not, everyone met quota. It would be unfair to make every house do cob and meet a new quota because cob is really hard and doesn’t guarantee to that chapter that girls are coming there. OFSL isn’t going to allow each chapter to have a different chapter size, sorry to rain on your parade but I think spring is more likely
