Pi Phi not diverse

As a Pnm going through recruitment i noticed out of everyone in greek park Pi phi is the LEAST diverse.. every other chapter has minorities, but them. C'mon Pi Phi it's 2021..how are you not gonna have at least one black woman or POC in your chapter? scary..

Facts when I went through recruitment they didn't even talk to me and I'm a WOC and I was like oh damn they didn't even try to want me to be the token

FR.. who’s gonna tell Pi Phi that a bunch of fake tan brunettes isn’t diversity… Pi Phi honestly has 0 diversity & it’s embarrassing at this point
