gamma phi would still hold down the bottom spot if they had a house, but dz is more chi o/aephi vibes. still bottom tier and not a very popular sorority with pnms but would get better PCs with a house

Sorry, neither srat is getting ADPi’s house. Just because they have been suspended in the past, that doesn’t mean they are leaving. They are here to stay, even if you are more deserving of a house. It’s sad you keep saying it, getting your new member’s hopes up.

Good luck getting a house, though. You both deserve one!

Gphi and DZ don’t want to take another sororities house please stop acting like these chapters are out to get you guys. Ideally UCF would be more cooperative in providing the space for one but they aren’t, so odds are another sorority will get kicked off campus before ucf builds greek park 2, which makes the only option for them to take the house the sorority leaves behind.

Idk. It’s happened in the past with sig ep, theta chi, pike, DG, it’s likely to happen again with how strict ucf is. Isn’t there a 3 strike policy or something? Sigma chi has to be on their last chance by now

Yes we’ve seen their girls and they aren’t any “worse” than the others. Just like some of the tops have duds, the bottom sororities have super pretty girls. The difference is they rush for friendships not status.
