Frat rankings Summer 21

1. Sig Chi- best parties, house, and relations
2. Phi delt- athletic and involved
3. ATO- big house, still repairing their rep
4. Kappa Sig- on campus house, still good sorority relations
5. Theta chi- huge bar presence, getting a new house in fall
(Big drop in quality here)
6. ZBT- overall pretty solid
7. DU- diverse, recently off suspension
8. SAE- cool guys, see them out a lot
9.FIJI- nice guys, not much else to say
10. TKE- finally got a house, better than they used to be
11. Delta Sig- lost their house, probably gonna be irrelevant soon but they’re chill guys
12. Pi Kapp- lost their house but getting a new one, some of them are kinda weird
13. AEPi- has money but heard they’re losing their house. Not affiliated with Ucf
14. Sig Pi- sometimes out at pub, not affiliated with Ucf
