Chi o is one of my least favorite houses, I def prefer KD/pi phi/axid over them.
All three have way better insides too!

Theta is the most traditional looking Greek house. Like the southern mansion style I like it a lot. I think pi phi is cute too it’s definitely different but the cottage vibe is cute
