how do you get a job bartending at pub/lib?

i know most bartenders at pub and lib are in greek life, so i was wondering how people actually get bartending jobs there? im already in a srat, but do you need connections to get a job there, or is there somewhere you apply? also do you need prior bartending experience or do they train you there?

you really have to know someone who is a bartender. get them to let you guest bartender and get everyone you know to come out and support you. If you’re able to get 150-200 people to come out on a week day then they’ll likely invite you back and maybe give you a job.
