The property management company (CVI) sold the land to a property development company. They're building a new plaza where the houses used to be.

They had to condemn both houses after I was hired to inspect their plumbing... in all my years as a plumber I have never seen not one but TWO big blowouts that were in their toilets. Actually disintegrated the pipes and septic tanks somehow... I don’t know who is feeding these boys but for the love of god please stop!!!
