ATΩ or ΣΧ off campus houses are nasty. I’m a sorority girl and no one wants to be at the nasty off campus houses. ATΩ is a bunch of cool guys that are really chill, ΣΧ is a bunch of chads. ΦΔΘ is also chill but they’re a bit douchier and from what I’ve seen at their house they don’t really have a good brotherhood.

theta chis and ato are mostly cool. If you like going out a lot you'll see a bunch out. phi delts brotherhood sucks.
delta sig has one of the best brotherhoods and you catch them at bars all the time but have some weird brothers.
it really just depends what your looking for in a fraternity
