sounds like someones salty so trying to start drama. they have a sister who is youtube famous with 500k+ followers who posted it on her story twice. buying likes is against the competition, if you read the packet you’d know that

pretty sure they got disqualified for buying likes during a kd shakedown ig comp in 2019. i guess it’s just a thing they do
