Didn’t get any of the houses I wanted

I went through recruitment twice and got the same house both times. I would just stick it out, you don’t have to actually decide until initiation. I ended up really loving the house that wanted me.

This happened to me last year, I felt so discouraged but I always heard “trust the process” so I stuck it out from the rest of recruitment, and I’m glad I did because I love my chapter. So I would saying keep going and trust the process. You can always run home to a chapter and get to know the sisters and see if you fit in, if you don’t then you can always drop and try again the following year. Don’t get discouraged and just enjoy getting to know all these wonderful chapters.

I rushed twice and got some different chapters and a full house (compared to 6 when I rushed the first time) and I didn’t even know anyone in greek life. I felt better prepared for recruitment and that’s why I got a full house :) I ended up choosing a so called mid tier srat but I love them no matter what tier and that’s what you should look for

When I went through recruitment I wanted a top tier house, and ended up getting one of the “bottom tier” houses. I was discouraged, but stuck it out. The truth is that I feel more at home here than any other sorority, and the friends I made here are more like family. I would say trust the process. I know you’ve probably heard that so many times, but it’s true. You don’t have to fully commit until initiation!

Just stick with it. Trust the process and you will find your home!!!
