Theta step up recruitment

The reason theta is a mid tier sorority is Bc they recruit half and half. Half of their pnms are gorgeous and the other half are absolute gremlins. If they didn’t choose so many gpa boosters they would be higher up

That sorority is divided at the center. Its literally half and half which definitely brings them down

It’s time to normalize recruiting girls for more than their looks. More chapters are concentrating on the inside & outside now, which is how it was supposed to be all along. Of course we all want pretty girls, but girls who also have substance.

exactly kappa delta is considered top but if you put their girls next to a mid/low tier you couldn’t tell the difference it’s more about personality at this point it’s 2021!
