I was wondering how to standout as an upperclassmen during recruitment? would I be dropped due to my class standing because I feel that is discouraging. I don’t really know people in any sororities either

If you don’t mind being in a bottom tier srat, go for it!

Why would top tier starts drop someone for being upperclassmen? Just curious

They want girls that can pay 4 years worth of dues vs a girl that can only pay 2. You may have a chance of being in a top tier if you are a junior but you have to look like a stereotypical sorority girl. But middle and bottom tiers take juniors. I rushed as a junior and ended up in a middle tier and I love it. So just keep an open mind during recruitment

Honestly, try to avoid bringing up that you’re an upperclassman

I rushed as a junior and got into a top sorority. It’s definitely harder but not impossible, just be yourself and trust the process you will end up where you fit the most

Do you think seniors have any chance to get into a top tier? I don’t want to get dropped without the sister even getting to know me just because of my class standing

You will more than likely end up in a bottom tier, top and even middle tiers want freshman and sophomores who can pay dues longer unfortunately
