How many of them get into top srats? Or they just get dropped for being upperclassmen?

And you also typically have to know someone/multiple girls already in the chapter. Or be a 10/10 ig model with 10k followers

The only guaranteed bids you will receive as a junior or senior are dz and gphi maybe kappa but that’s it

Nothing is a guarantee. I know someone who got dropped from every place but then she went back to gphi after recruitment because they were doing COB
