What does everyone think of the fake IFC- CFFC Not sure I get it yet but has potential?

Fraternities are going to be really hesitant to join bc of liability. The reason fraternities will favor being associated with the school is when ofsl is also watching and monitoring, their liability goes down and they spend less on insurance and brothers pay less in dues

It’s weird because the point of leaving is to have less rules and no conduct, but I feel like they’d have to have some rules to make it appealing and different from gazoni

Nevada, Colorado, WVU, and Michigan all now have thriving independent IFC’s.

I think it’s a good idea tbh. I wouldn’t want to go to a gazoni party because they have no rules or people they have to answer to so this sets AEPi and Sigma Pi apart from them
