What frat will disaffiliate next?

What is the pros and cons of disaffiliating and which fraternities are considering it and what do you think UCF’s response will be?

Pros:
Basically do what you want
Cons:
After while no one really knows who you are and no one cares

The only one this applies to is Gazoni, Sigma Pi is still relevant despite not being as well known, they still have parties and participate in philanthropy’s without being harassed by the university

their house though, UCF wouldn’t let them stay on their land if they aren’t part of a university recognized ifc
