Phi delt:
Pros- cheap dues, lot of brothers, good social scene, top tier.
Cons- greek ghetto house, give a ton of bids, Super large fraternity so not as “exclusive”, douchey.
Sigma Chi:
Pros- Nice house on campus, Good social scene, Top tier, considered to be the most “exclusive” on campus.
Cons- expensive dues, they've been on and off suspension for a while, hard to get a bid, douchey.

Sig and phidelt are basically the same frat except sig has a house. If you have the money for sig dues I’d go there

They are not the “same frat” lol. They’re both very different actually. Both are good and top tier just rush both and see who you vibe with more.

They’re pretty similar tbh phidelt just accepts more kids who should probably be in a lower tier

Don’t rush either unless you like being suspended every other semester
