sigma chi being kick out in the future?

I personally feel that if sigma chi get suspended again, the school will uncharted them and then Pike will get their house. pike has a notable name in the nation and will bring more money to the school due to having a lot alums

Sig’s house can’t go to a sorority, no sorority house be be directly on a main road... then it’s considered a brothel!
Also, pike use to be chi o’s house... after being kicked off, they’re not getting a house handed to them lmao
