Last I checked they’ve been walking all over other frats. If they had a house on campus like they had guarantee they would be fighting for top spot.

KD is all over this. Tridelt over KD. Their girls are nicer and more down to earth. Adpi over PiPhi. PiPhi isn’t top tier.
