rushing as a second year?

It seems that fall semester is going to be online since there have been sources that many classes are moving towards an online environment. Is it best that I should wait and see if rush is going happen (don't wanna waste my money on clothes and sign ups that are not refundable) or should I rush as a sophomore next year as PC' 21? Or is there not point of doing so???

i rushed as a sophomore! youll be fine. if fall semester is cancelled then itll likely be moved to spring. all the sororities will understand that freshmen werent able to rush and they will need members to meet membership quota so what year you are likely wont matter
