Is this true? sigma chi was posting a screenshot of the real estate listing all over their snapchat stories making fun of them. Do they really have to sell it?

I mean unless thats a old listing than yeah. Either their chapter doesn't have enough $ to keep it or they don't have enough people living there to keep up with rent anymore

Its not just phi delt. There's a few other houses in the greek ghetto that are having issues with CVI , and from what i've heard 2-3 greek ghetto fraternities will most likely be gone or looking to move into another property in the next 1-3 years. And yes I am in one of them. Greek life is bad enough at ucf and now this
