Go to ucf clubs and such up sororities names and look at the constitutions. some will say how they give out bids or the type of things they fine on, for example kappa delta has to dress up in white dresses for chapter meaning. AND some seats requires singing at morning bfast. Something I will check on if I am a PNM to see some of the standards (:
