is it hard to get into a top tier sorority?

I’m rushing in fall and I’m wondering if it’s hard to get into a top tier sorority or even middle tier as a poc? Because I barely see any on there instagram pages

Honestly it is harder. Especially if you’re not a freshman or drop dead gorgeous. Middle tier is possible if it’s theta. As for everyone else it’s harder. And even if the top/middle tiers do have poc they don’t really post those girls as much. If something that is important to you is diversity then don’t rush based on tiers based on where you think you’ll fit in and be accepted. Because the bottom tiers are the most accepting and diverse. Just keep an open mind going through recruitment
