girls who dropped their sorority

Thinking of rushing & was just wondering for the girls who dropped (or know someone who did) what was the reason? Trying to weigh pros/cons of Greek life

most just didn’t get the sorority they wanted and weren’t willing to give the one they got a bid from a chance

I’m a junior who dropped my sorority freshman year because after almost 2 months I was not making any connections and I felt out of place. I rushed again and now I love my sorority and found my best friends

People drop for many reasons, but I would recommend against dropping during rush. You never know if you could end up loving a chapter even if you didn’t really like them during recruitment. I gave my house a chance after I got a bid and ended up loving it so try to stick it out
