Genuinely confused why people think they are top mid / lower top tier

No question top of the mid but A LOT in years past, but with the suspension and this year’s pc, they’re on a more even playing field with other mids (especially pi phi)

last year id say they were lower top and on the rise looking at their pc and involvement but after their suspension we’ll see how they recover
