UCF is getting rid of on campus fraternities because they have people watching them 24/7 and most of them think they’re untouchable. This is how it’ll go for the rest of Greek life here till it either dies out or disaffiliates. Most on campus fraternities will die out because they won’t adjust to what needs to happen to stay. Theta chi barely survived leaving and getting suspended for a year, unless sigma chi has a couple hundred grand in the bank and some patient brothers that won’t graduate they’ll probably be gone too. In not a matter of what tier the fraternities are, they hate Greek life and the houses on campus are a thorn in their side. Even if sigma chi survives there no guarantee that this can’t happen again and again till they don’t make it out.
