why is axid ranked over theta?

I’m curious as to why AXID is ranked over theta.
From my perspective both sororities have a majority of average looking girls, though, I think AXID lacks like a face group of really pretty girls, which theta has.
Also, theta’s house from the outside is one the prettiest houses at UCF.
Can someone explain why AXID is typically ranked over theta to me? I’m sincerely curious

probably cause axid stalks this site hard and is constantly insisting they’re better than they really are when in reality they’re about equal. nothing special at either houses

axid is always tryna make everyone believe their top middle which is comical. pretty equal with theta. i will say they try really REALLY hard at everything so they tend to do better in competitions tho

Theta could be upper mid if they got more involved which I think they will, they’ve got some gems
