People get mad when certain chapters don’t take certain girls but a lot of times it’s because they don’t want to take a girl who’s a possible standards risk and social media can show that. Also some chapters care more about grades than others so they may not take you if your grades aren’t good

In that order, give or take depending on the chapter. None of these factors will make or break you, though, unless it’s really bad.
If you want high middle tier or top tier, they definitely take more interest if they see you have a ton of followers/likes.
If you have a good Insta (VSCO or Lightroom edited pics, FaceTuned, booty pics, pretty pics with lots of likes) and getting into a looks-based chapter matters to you, keep it public. Or else I recommend just keeping it on private. Let them actually meet you before they make assumptions based on your social media.
