Top tiers stalk super hard and pick girls they’re going to say yes to after day 1/2 before recruitment starts. Either way with top tiers no one decides anything with voting aside from certain girls on exec or council (normally the girls running recruitment and maybe the president). It’s all about looks and money so make sure you’re bulking up your insta now and using facetune
