friend was hazed

My friend was a pledge for phi delta theta and was hazed. he was forced to drink smirnoff ice and call himself a "phi daddy". he was also forced to pretend to be athletic even though he was skinny as a twig. he was made to go out to pub and harrass every 4 at pub he sees and tell people that he was "top tier". I am extremely worried and embarrassed for him.. what should I do? report to ofsl?
