Is DZ moving up? Like be honest, if they had a house, would they b higher up. I get why gamma phi is bottom, but what about DZ?

Ok ya them not having a house ruins it but they have a good sisterhood and are involved in a lot of things (especially Pan) looks wise- they have cute girls

Dz and gammaphi are cursed to remain as bottom tier orgs. Nothing against them but they are forever bottom until they get houses
