how competitive is spring recruitment?? like is adpi going to give a bid to any girl that has a pulse

No they will be selective as they always are just like fall recruitment. They aren’t going to just take anyone, especially girls that dropped because they weren’t happy with their bottom tier houses lol

chapters who do spring recruitment are given numbers by pan, so if retention rate was poor in the fall a chapter does spring to add a few girls (5-15) to make up for it. the only other time we've seen a sorority be suspended in the fall was chi o in 2014, and pan made them take a whole pc in spring 15 and that was v unfortunate for them if you've ever seen that pc...
