body image coordinator?

So I was stalking the sororities IG highlights and one of tri delts exec positions is body image coordinator. What exactly is that position? And do all sororities have that?

Body image coordinator is in charge of setting up workshops that promote good body image. It has nothing to do with “keeping them in shape” or working out for a certain amount of time..
