who is the most top tier, bottom tier frat?

Hey guys what's up. I'm rushing in fall, but don't think I have what it takes to go top. I'm looking to join a low tier org and was wondering which chapter will help me slam dunk some heffers.

Delta sig has a really good pledge class set up for fall so that would be a great pick.
ZBT is good they have a lot of events.
Theta chi is also a good choice. Anything else is bottom though.

In no order

Top: Sig, ATO, Phi delt, Kappa sig
Mid: Delta sig, Theta chi, ZBT
low: Fiji, AEPI, PI kapp, DU
Bottom: Sigma nu, SAE, Sigma pi

TKE is above DU. No one us lower than DU all those losers go to Valencia not UCF.

You can never go wrong picking fraternities like Phi Delt or Sigma Chi if you are trying to have fun and party while being on campus. Unfortunately, their dues are pretty high. A lot of people believe that Theta Chi, Pi Kapp, and FIJI have some pretty good recent pledge classes. But honestly, I would just say rush around and find a fraternity you enjoy hanging out with. That is going to be the thing that really matters tbh.

I meant Kappa Sig, not Phi Delt. But Phi Delt is a great (some say best) off-campus frat so they're rally good too.
