High Mid: Kappa Sig, ZBT, Delta Sig, Theta Chi
Low Mid: SAE, AEPI, DU, Pi Kappa
Bottom: FIJI, Sigma Nu, Sigma Pi

Say what you want but this extremely accurate (but not meant to demean these Houses on this list.)
DU can flip to bottom anyday along with SAE; Pi Kap and AEPI could flip up on any given day too. The rest are pretty solid in their place and this will not change for a while, unless some house just has an absolute stud filled PC. Argue away boys
