honest chances of getting a bid as a junior

I'm signed up for fall recruitment, and I want an honest answer on what is the likelihood that juniors get bids? What chances do they have against younger girls? I want to be a part of a sorority but I feel like I will not have as "fair" of a chance as the younger girls.
