gamma phi beta has more girls than delta zeta. so with that theory gamma phi should have a house before them. Delta zeta has a a long way to go regrading sisterhood, attitude, and involvement. gamma phi beta will get a house before them.

Yeah I’m not blind or drunk I’m a realist, times are changing and soon tier rankings will as well. Kids today want to join Greek chapters with future doctors,lawyers,engineers, tech innovators, etc, not just some club where girls get get Brazilians to have the most noticeable camel toe.
