wondering about gamma phi and delta zeta

Maybe, maybe not. Im not in either one chapter but these sisterhoods are the most genuine since they don’t have a house. I know a few girls in each and they both have more money to do fun things with instead of all their dues going straight to their house. A house isn’t everything. When I went through recruitment I was so set on having a house but now that I’m in mine it’s really nothing special, just more money wasted

Theyre not getting kicked off either way, at least not any time soon. Pretty sure they’re in good standing.

ATO owns their house so their nationals is in charge of it, if they lose the ability to be on campus they decide what happens to it so it won’t go directly to a sorority but rather their COO will decide most likely on the recommendation of a field exec or CFO on what to do with the property. Most likely UCF will bid a lot for it to get control and rent it but if ATO is upset with the way UCF operates I could see them going directly to another fraternity to spite Ucf
