No. It’s based on how many girls rush, how many houses there are, and the girls are divided either equally amongst the houses or based on how many they can take. If you’re a Pan sorority, it’s mean to make things equal and fair. Your goal is to be highest on the list as possible for the house you want so you don’t get cut off and defaulted to your second house.
