sorority dues

How soon after bid day or after being officially in a sorority are the dues due?

I paid them like a couple of weeks after bid day, not sure how it is for everyone else though

that being said most chapters have a payment plan of some kind so that's always worth asking about!

In my sorority it's due before we even offer you a bid.

not sure exactly how long but a few weeks after getting a bid and our dues are broken up into 3 payments

damn I wish ours were like that, we have to pay them all at once

You will want to plan to have to pretty much pay them right away and know that the entire amount will be due within no more than six to 8 weeks. That's the typical new member period for sororities and you usually have to pay your dues in full before they will initiate you

Yeah they will be due probably within a month of you being in the sorority. But, just a heads up dues are typically more expensive the first semester for new pledges Bc of all these one-time fees you'll have a pay as a new member. Just saying!! Hope that helps!
