Sure there are things they can improve on, but they are trying harder then they have ever tried before. For those guys that would do anything for their fraternity (like take his pants off in front of the whole Greek community) needs to be recognized and congratulated.

Brothers constantly left behind at bars, make pledges DD, one of their guys literally got in a fight with a brother. Solid middle tier, but they have to stop balling more guys than they initiate. Theta chi, ya'll are great guys be more selective.

Brothers talk crap about one another, really involved, got a couple of good looking guys this pledge class but 2 out of however many they got isn't a good ratio. Never hear of any of their socials or parties. Top of the bottom tier.

Received all the balled kids from OX and KSig. They were balled for a reason from the other frats and hence why they are so mediocre. They've got at most 5 attractive guys and are immensely clingy with my sisters to the point of being really creepy.

They know how to party! Hands down best tailgate I have every been to. They got in big trouble a couple years ago, but they are definitely back! I would not be surprised if they hit top tier within the next months.
