A lot of these negative posts must be before they went through reorg, even though it sounds cliche honestly these are a great group of guys with a very close brotherhood. They have been in trouble in the past but the guys now are good. On top of that they really know how to have fun.

If you want to join a "frat" this is not the organization for you. However if you want to join a true fraternity, this is the one. I've met several of the guys and they are just great. They really want to get involved and be a positive force on this campus rather than that "binge drinking frat".

Very selective in rushing, I don't know why everybody is saying they let everybody in. Pledge class of 40 is accepted, narrowed down to 20-25 by initiation. With Sigma Chi and ATO suspended, Phi Delt is indisputably the #1 fraternity on campus. There is absolute no competition, and I say this as a Sigma Pi.

Ive met most of the brothers on a few occasions, they're really cool. They are new, so they arent as big or well known as some other fraternities but they are trying to get their name out there. All of the brothers seem like genuine people but they aren't the typical fraternity.

Chi Os are classy and sweet and their organization is super strong nationally. But let's stop self ranking ladies. This chapter still has a long way to go.

I don't get why these girls are considered to be at the top of the middle tier. They have some cute girls but a lot of them are busteeedddd. They are kind of irrelevant to be honest. Their name isn't known around campus and they aren't all that involved. They're just ok, I think people get drawn in by their house and their recruitment face but after recruitment they just don't have a lot going for them. It's just a really strange mix of girls without much sisterhood or much of anything.

Kappa proved to everyone at Zeta lip sync that they are HOT, and moving up fast. Their new house and new pledge class are beautiful, not to mention these are some of the most real girls around. They know how to have a good time while staying classy, and are super fun to hang out with. Their sisterhood is so strong and they all love each other and don't have any catty drama that other sororities do. Everyone's really starting to take notice of them and its so well deserved. I love me some kappas!
