Thetas are mostly cute with some hot ones but their PC 14 has got a lot more hotties... And they def know how to party. Still middle tier but give them a few more years and they could take pi phi or ADPis place (since ADPi sucked with rush this year) they are moving up

Ever since these girls got their house you see them getting better and better. Hot new PC and from what I can tell pretty real girls. Getting more involved on campus lately it seems. Finally doing a sweetheart type of competition too and having a key man. These girls keep doing what they're doing and I can definitely see them moving up in the next few years.

DZ is a great group of girls through and through. Always a good time. They work hard for their sorority and are passionate about it it seems. DThey focus on the actual core values of their organization, not as much fluff
