I think this year really pushed this chapter to top tier, and most people I know agree. PC15 has a lot of natural beauty and some knockouts too. Every girl I've met there is very positive and social, easy to talk to. Even the other sororities talk about how strong their sisterhood is. Might not have supermodels or the fanciest house but no one can say anything bad about these girls, really a fun, sweet and classy group to be around.
