Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baldwin Wallace University - BWU 1.0 After going through recruitment I became close friends with a member. I strongly dislike that they judge women based on criteria before letting them into the sorority. Secondly, this specific sorority has an extreme cult-like behavior. If you absolutely do not abide by beliefs and values or look the part (the Alpha Phi brand) then you are punished. When punished you sit in front of an entitled boated that judges you again, just for the sake of judging you. It’s built to tear women down.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baldwin Wallace University - BWU 1.2 they force girls to fit a certain brand “the alpha phi brand.” If your not representing the Aphi brand you get jboarded (in trouble), isolated, or not posted on their precious Instagram account. Basically you can be your authentic self here, but if you’re enjoy conforming this is your chapter.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baldwin Wallace University - BWU 1.5 The chapter's reputation is pretty, entitled, malicious women. They also learn how to answer controversial questions, specifically, including diversity. These are LIES. They stay amongst themselves by not talking to anyone in the FSL community or welcome anyone outside of their chapter. The sisterhood is demeaning and destroys confidence by not welcoming diverse perspectives and backgrounds. DO NOT RUSH. They make you feel at home, but once you're there it's nothing but horrible.

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baldwin Wallace University - BWU 3.2 Aphi used to be the top sorority on campus but they have always had major internal issues which are starting to show BIG TIME. Dirty recruiting, bid promising & using smoke and mirrors is their strategy for sucking members into their broken sisterhood. This is why members drop like flies - they’re sold a false image the entire recruitment process. They used to at least be very involved but even that is lacking. I honestly feel bad for people that go phi knowing what they’re ab to be put through

Alpha Phi - ΑΦ Sorority at Baldwin Wallace University - BWU 2.2 I have not met a single group on campus who actually likes the Phi’s. Not even some of the Phi’s like the Phis. They are very involved on campus but their chapter room sucks and they act like they’re better than everyone else.
