Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Capital University - CU 4.0 Hard to say there are "Tiers" on a campus with 5 fraternities, but Phi Psi is definitely a power here, Some of the guys they added this year could change that in a few years, but for the time being, probably the fraternity with the edge on the others in IFC. Some members do give them a bit of a reputation, but they're able to overcome that, so props to them.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Capital University - CU 4.8 You can't go wrong with Phi Psi. These guy's are awesome. They watch out for each other, do a decent amount of community service, are great to party with and are honestly all really cute.
