safe to assume that KSig and Sigma Chi will pick between DG and Pi Phi.

Sig Chi with Pi phi and Ksig with DG also I don't think XO has voted

Can someone fill me in on how the frats pick their spring fling or hc partners? I mean I know they ask sororities during serenades or other stuff but like how do they decide? Is it a chapter vote and they pick the one house they wanna ask? Do they ask several sororities and then go with whoever accepts first? Or the one the like best out of all who accepted? Do the presidents and social chairs make the decision? This is all a big mystery to me!
