Bottom: AChiO, Tri Delt
Everyone who ranks puts like half of the houses as bottom tier, most houses are middle tier.

True but it's kind of like a grade... Yes a 100% (APhi) is better than a 90% (DG) but they are both A's. Saying there are only 2-3 top houses at this school is like saying you have to get a 97% to get an A.

People don't want to admit that houses like ChiO, AEPhi, and ADPi are not comparable to houses like SK and even Theta. The houses aren't bottom tier but there is a big gap between a house like Sigma/Theta and AEPhi.
