was the only sorority to submit a packet. No one else is interested in coming because of the housing situation.

That makes sense. We certainly need more sororities, but without a house it will be a real uphill battle for any new chapter to get a foothold here.

DZ is a very large and strong National. They will be able to handle the challenge.

Being the only unhoused chapter on a campus where everyone else has a house = failure, no matter how "strong" the national is. The pnms aren't going to want to be in the unhoused chapter. Think about it. This is stupid.

If DZ is chartered, their first order of business will have to be finding a real house. Maybe look into leasing Eller Lodge from FIJI or another campus building. Or wait until the next frat gets kicked and move into their pad...
